• The standard monthly rate from October to April is $6,600 per month.
• Pool season from May to September 2027 is an additional $1000 per month.
• Pool Access: Open from May through September; closed from October through April.
• Refundable Security Deposit equal to $5,400.
• Included Services: Internet, pest control, landscaping, trash, and summer pool services.
• Utilities Included: Water, sewer, electricity, and gas are included in the monthly rent. For long-term leases of 12 months, utility usage is subject to a monthly allowance, with any usage exceeding the established limits billed separately.
• Pet Fee (if applicable): $500 per pet.
• Minimum rent duration: 1 month.
• Maximum rent duration: 12 months at a time with the possibility of extension.
